We try our best to deliver advances to our users as fast as possible. The typical schedule is as follows:
If funds are requested before 11:00 am EST on a business day, they will arrive the same day by 11:59 pm (local time).
If funds are requested after 11:00 am EST, they will arrive on the following business day by 11:59 pm (local time).
*Please note a business day is Monday through Friday excluding bank holidays. The delivery time typically depends on your bank’s processing times. After an advance is requested, we cannot cancel or expedite the payment.
We are excited to announce that Express Delivery is now available for FREE! Advances are delivered within 20 minutes of requesting them.
To get Express Delivery, please add your debit card associated with your connected checking account either in Settings --> Connected Bank or when you request an advance.
