If the app can't detect your income automatically, there may not be enough bank transaction history or recurring direct deposits.
- We only accept income in the form of direct deposits from the same income source on a consistent bases
- Deposits from transfers, cash deposits, paper checks, or paychecks with inconsistent payment schedules are NOT accepted.
If you recently changed jobs or payment providers, please wait until 3 paychecks under the new entry name are deposited for them to show up in your suggestions. As always, our Customer Care Team can do a manual review and help you add your income!
