If you have been recently impacted by severe weather across the country and are unable to pay your advance back on your due date, we’ve got your back! Please see the instructions below to extend your due date via the Brigit App.
To extend your due date:
- Go to the Advances tab
- Click “Extend repayment”
- Select a date that works for you
If you do not have any extensions left, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to extend your due date for you.
Some things to note: An extension must be made in the app no later than 3 pm ET the business day before your current due date. After this cutoff time, our system will not allow us to extend your repayment date.
