If you have an Instant Cash Advance outstanding:
Please wait until the advance has been paid to change your connected bank account. It can take 2-5 business days for your bank to update our payment provider that your advance is paid.
If your connected bank account is closed, please contact us so we can assist you further!
If you do NOT have an Instant Cash Advance outstanding:
Members may update the bank account connected to Brigit via Account Settings. To locate Account Settings in the Brigit app, just navigate to the black and white profile icon in the top right corner of your app's Home page. On the My Brigit page, just scroll down to find a section called Preferences where you can update your bank connection.
You may disconnect your bank account at any time and make payment manually by emailing info@hellobrigit.com. Please note that disconnecting your bank account with an outstanding advance may affect your access to Instant Cash features. While you have no payment obligation, if your bank account is disconnected and payment is not made you will lose access to Instant Cash advances. For more details, refer to Managing Your Instant Cash Advance Payment Options.
