Why can’t I find my income (or recurring deposits)?

If your income isn't showing up, it's likely due to:

• Insufficient deposit history: You need at least 3 recurring deposits from the same name/source before it will appear as a suggestion.
   
• An unrecognizable payment source: ATM deposits, cash transfers, pre-paid cards, checks, and 3rd party transfers aren’t eligible and won’t appear as suggestions.
