In the app:
- Go to “Account Settings” by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner of the Home screen of your Brigit app.
- Tap on “My Subscription.”
- Select “Cancel & Switch to Free plan.”
- The confirmation screen will appear stating that your subscription is canceled and you’re all set!
On the website:
- Log in to your Brigit account with your email or phone number at https://app.hellobrigit.com/login.
- Go to “Settings.”
- Tap “My Subscription.”
- Select “Cancel & Switch to Free plan.”
- The confirmation page will appear stating that your subscription is canceled and you’re all set!
Please note that if you have a Credit Builder loan open, you will need to close that before canceling your subscription. You can find steps on how to do that here.
You will lose access to Instant Cash, Credit Builder, Credit Monitoring & Identity Theft Protection after canceling.
Please note that Brigit typically charges at the end of the billing cycle. This means you may still be charged at the end of the billing cycle in which you canceled your subscription.
